This Privacy Policy applies to the Rocky Sleep mobile application (the "App"). We prioritize the privacy and safety of your family. The App is designed as a local-first tool for smart cradle control.

1. No Account Registration

The App does not require any account creation, email registration, or login. We do not collect or store any personal identity information on any remote server.

2. Local Data Processing

The App operates via a local Bluetooth connection. All data processing occurs locally on your device:

• Audio (Cry Detection): Real-time processing happens on your device. We do not record or upload audio to the cloud.
• Music: Custom soothing recordings are stored locally on your smartphone and sent directly to the hardware.

3. Permissions

To function, the App requires Bluetooth (to control the device), Microphone (for local cry detection), and Storage (for local music playback).

4. No Third-Party Sharing

Since we do not collect your data, we do not share, sell, or trade any information with third parties. There are no tracking or advertising SDKs in the App.

5. Data Deletion

All settings are stored locally. Uninstalling the App from your device will permanently remove all associated data.
